When trying to start Firefox an error window pops up instead stating "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe Unspecified Error". I can launch a web page if go through various help prompts through Windows, which is why I'm able to email you, but the above error appears if I try launching Firefox directly. Also Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and various other programs will not launch either giving me similar error messages. I have tried downloading and reinstalling Firefox and other trouble shooting advice.
