I found the 3.6 version but that's not really the point. I mean this is Google Chrome but I object to Google because they are so invasive in fact nosey.
Hi Sapa,
I hope my answer will answer helps you in making an informed choice about what to do next.
- Maybe you would be interested in reading this discussion thread /questions/916521.
- You may find Kaspersky does an update that works with Firefox 10.0.1 so the best course of action may be to check for updates, or information on their own site try for example this link
- please post back with a better link if you find a solution yourself that way
Presumably it is only part of the Kaspersky software that does not work with Firefox, and maybe that part does not really add much benefit.
You could downgrade to Firefox 3.6.26, that is still supported, for a few more weeks, but you could loose features and functions that are of benefit in the current Firefox, and the problem would re occur again soon.
Please also see installing a previous version of Firefox
If you aware that using an unsupported version of Firefox increases the risk to your personal data, and to your computer, (something you try to avoid by using AV software) and still wish to take that risk let us now. I will happily post you the necessary link, ( but I will pm you, I would prefer not to put such a link on a page indexed by and accessed from Google because many people unaware of the risks then find the link too easily).
The main Protection is still active because it scan traffic product regardless.the addon are just shortcut of few things like Virtual Keyboard, Url Banner etc. But doesnot get you more protection. If your Antivirus say green and your web component is enable then all is good. You are protected. :) btw The Patch h for Kaspersky 2012 which currently in beta stage. Please wait few days, and you will get this patch when it will release via Database Update .See:
