Updated Firefox and now Incredimail will not open.

Uninstalled Firefox then Incredimail works fine.

Reinstalled Firefox and Incredimail will not open..

Uninstalled Incredimail and reinstalled and Firefox will not open...

Tried all the same uninstall/reinstalls in safe mode with the same results.

These two programs are not playing nice with each other....

If you install Firefox 13, does Incredimail work better? you are running a very old version of Firefox right now.

Did you downgrade to a previous Firefox version as you now seem to be using Firefox 3.6.17 according to the user agent?

Yes I had to do a system restore to the older version of Firefox to get my Incredimail and Firefox to work at the same time.

Alright then, try completely uninstalling Firefox, and then try restarting your computer and installing Firefox 13 again from www.getfirefox.com.

Also, is there a specific reason you are using Incredimail? All my experiences with it seem to be quite bloated, and poor quality. Using another email client such as Windows Live Mail will be a better solution (and you can do backgrounds and emoticons if you want in Windows live too )
