I need to go back to the earlier version until billeo can be used with 16.0.1.

I downloaded 16.0.1. unfortunately I ignored the statement that billeo was not compatible at this time. Until billeo is up dated, I need to go back to the previous version so I can run billeo.

Billeo's latest version is supported for use on Firefox versions 13-16. It sounds like you currently running an old version of Billeo which is not supported for use on Firefox 16. Please reinstall Billeo to ensure you are running our latest Firefox 16 supported version.

To reinstall quickly and easily, please visit https://www.billeo.com and click on Get Billeo to download and install our latest version with Firefox 16 support.

  • NOTE: Reinstalling Billeo will not delete any of your saved Billeo passwords or eWallet information. Also, remember not to create a new account when you are done. Please bypass the Registration page and instead, click on the Billeo Icon in your browser and select Sign In and sign in with your existing Billeo username and password.

If you do not see the Billeo Icon in Firefox after reinstalling, the Billeo add-on may be disabled. To check in Firefox, please click Tools > Add-ons > Extensions and make sure Billeo is Enabled. If you still do not see Billeo in Firefox after enabling it, or it is already enabled, please click on View > Toolbars > Billeo Toolbar to make it viewable.
