Hello,
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the Clear now button.
Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
Thank you.
On the MSN support page there are hundreds of people with the same issue. For the most part the response from the so-called 'community' has been useless! In all due respect; part of the issue seems to be an 'Obama-like-disdane' of users of Microsoft complaining of jamming Outlook down our throats without having the product ready, or in line with the current trend. With that being said, the childish looking Outlook People page is not being corrected by MSN. But my point is: it is not one or two with the problem but hundreds! Forefox has CURED all my other woes and is a beautiful thing. I hope we can cure this problem too.

tried the cookie thing for the tenth time to no avail ???
Hello,
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)
- You can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.
To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.
Thank you.
If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" in case the current setting is causing problems.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
Make sure that you allow websites to choose their fonts.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
It is better not to increase the minimum font size, but to use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with text not being displayed properly.
- Default FullZoom Level: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/default-fullzoom-level/
- NoSquint: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/nosquint/
I followed every suggestion in detail, to no avail ! What I find strange is that if I very slowly scroll up or down through my contacts every once in a while one will show up in total. And it will be the same name in each independent session. but a different name in the next session???? ohhhhhh...I hate these computers... you know the ones that will make life simpler and do away with paper work,,,,,,,,,,that one!
the only progress i made sofar is i reopened the zoom plugin. Then i went to view> zoom> zoom text only> back to zoom> and zoom out (a few times).......as a result i ended up with teeny tiny little contaxts but they were now showing in full. So while wearing special microscopic glasses (jus kidden) I could see who was who in my contacts........picked out a likely subject to harass and then re zoomed only IN to bring my e mail back to regular size and did my thing. Its a stupid way to work, but now maybe somebody can take that and run with it to figger out the problem........
Check out this thread: Can't read contacts in outlook.com (https://support.mozilla.org/questions/960512).
To expand on that:
Firefox has a fatter scroll bar than IE, and the layout of the scrolling Contacts list on Outlook.com doesn't account for that. You can use a style rule to "hack" the list and widen it by 5 pixels so the contact names fit. That is described in the above-linked post.
And here are a couple of screen shots illustrating the problem for anyone who doesn't have an Outlook.com account:
