If you are asking about the use of support on this forum including the related help articles, the crash reports submission etc that is all free of charge.

I am not sure about any connection with weight watchers, although there could be some extension for Firefox desktop, or some Firefox mobile App. that my be relevant.

You will need to follow up the links from whatever the website it is you were looking at.
