Can't resize windows
Hi,
I'm running OS X 10.9 on the new Macbook Pro Retina (13"). This however also happened to me on Mavericks on a Mac Mini.
The problem is that sometimes I can't re-size a window, nor with the corners, or the sides, nothing. The arrows appear, but when I click an drag nothing happens. If I drag the tab out of the window, or (cmd)+m a new window, I can perfectly re-size that on.
It's not only the dragging that doesn't work, I have 'Spectacles' installed, to allow keyboard shortcuts to re-size windows (like in Windows OS..), and this also doesn't work (but then does in a new window... as mentioned above).
Thanks in advance, this has been driving me nuts!!

Are you talking about the Firefox window only, or all windows you try to open? Try starting FF in safe mode. This will help to find the problem. Give it a try and let us know.
====================================
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)
- On Windows you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- On Mac you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the option key while starting Firefox.
- On Linux you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by quitting Firefox and then going to your Terminal and running: firefox -safe-mode (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
- Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.
To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.
Thank you.

Thank you.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).
Hey thanks, was to do with a bad plugin. Went through and removed the things I didn't use anymore and hasn't happened to me since.
But just fyi, it was happening after repeatedly refreshing a page. I was testing the responsiveness on a site and it kept getting stuck.
Thanks again!

Can you tell us which extension caused this issue (I assume that it is an extension and not a plugin)?
Sorry yes, extensions. Wish I could, can't recall what I removed now.
