my thunderbird is not working properly, it cant download the incomming messages and its too slow to download it. the other email is stuck in downloading section. need help.

What is your anti-virus s/w?

we're just using windows defender, i try to off it and it doesn't work.i think it's on our ISP but the user of the email accounts connects their email account to their mobile phones and they receive emails on the phone immediately. Is it on the Thunderbird or on our ISP??thanks in advance.

Start *Windows* in safe mode with networking enabled.
