Hello, I am lost, which is why I am turning to this forum for help.
I have a professional Gmail Workspace account (in this format: pierre.richard@aile.association.fr).
I recently changed my laptop, and I can't log in on the new freshly installed thunderbird ( 128.7.0esr (64 bits) ).
On my old computer, which ran on Windows 11 with the same settings, I had no issues, but since switching to the new one, it’s impossible.
I put my settings automatically detected by Thunderbird in added images.
The system fails every time because, supposedly, the password is incorrect. However, I am certain that I entered the correct password.
Here’s what I’ve already tried to do:
- I activated the IMAP access on my gmail settings
- I tried whith my personal gmail account : It's working !
Does someone know what else I could try to solve this issue ?
