i did not do anything.Yesterday everything was fine.today at the morning still everything was fine.Suddently i click to open a new tab and nothing ( and i try file-open a new tab or command + T).i dont really know what happen.

• when i click on a link, it opens it on a new tab

Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Tabs. Check the settings.

This is caused by an add-on. Can you please click Tools, then Add-ons, then Extensions. Look for any extensions with the name "Community toolbar" or something similar, and remove them.

Then, if you wouldn't mind, give us the name of the troublesome add-on so we can block it :)

I've seen a few cases where Installl Converter Community Toolbar is mentioned. As this is spelled with three 'l's then it shouldn't be difficult to search the forum for this extension.
