Recover Bookmarks from MS-Dos Prompt Only. (Windows and Firefox not starting).
Windows 7 and Firefox is not bootable due to hard disk crash.
But I do have access to associated Windows files and directories (C:\Windows\ProgramFiles86\ etc.) via MS=Dos Prompt.
Where do I browse to recover my bookmarks?

Can you drill down into drive:\Users\username and then paste (or type) this:
cd AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
In that folder, if you dir, you will see one or more semi-randomly-named folders. If you plan to copy a folder out to some removable media, I suggest grabbing the whole thing if you can. If you need to fish around for files, this article lists the important ones, and you also can look for the bookmarkbackups folder.
