just reinstalled my windows os. cant get my bookmarks back.

hello tasu, this depends on how you have reinstalled your operating system (have you formatted your harddrive in the process?) - if you can still find the profile folder of your old installation on the disk, then you will be able to restore data from it: Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data
in case you have neither used sync before or have any other backups available then i fear there is no way restoring this data...

You can check if Windows has created an C:\Windows.old folder.
