Firefox crashes
Firefox crashed earlier today and now I can't open it back up. Initially it looked like it wanted to open and I got the web browser screen start to open but then it never did. I then uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox but no success. The Crash ID: bp-0d70ba09-36a2-4bf1-8297-cde522141221.
Please help!
Thank you, Greg

Hi Greg,
Have you tried to create a new profile :
Do not delete any profile if you want to keep your informations.
Unfortunately I couldn't get any window to open in regards to Firefox. When I type in the destination in the dialog box it looks like something wants to open but then never does.
Might have to take it to someone to look at instead...
I ran a compatibility test and below is what I found. Hoping this helps in solving the problem.

Not 100% sure why or what happened but just tried one more time to boot up Firefox and this time it seems to be working. Thanks everyone for your help and I will keep everything on file to trouble shoot next time if this happens again. Thanks again and Merry Christmas.
Good Luck, and Happy New Year.
