Firefox crashes
Firefox has been constantly crashing for the last 2 days. Firstly I tried re-installing (even though I knew I had the latest update). I tried running in safe mode and it still crashed, so I did a full refresh, as suggested in the troubleshooting, but still the same result. I mainly use Facebook and general browsing.

Sorry, I must have missed that part in the troubleshooter

That is likely a problem with Trusteer software.
Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software. You can try to contact Trusteer for support.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.
- Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
Mac:System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport
- bug 1159484 - Firefox 37.0.2 crashes with Trusteer Rapport

I was talking to IBM/Trusteer, but it crashed again in mid-conversation! When I look at the report, not that I really know what I'm looking at, it does actually note there's a known bug with Rapport - Firefox 37.0.2 crashes with Trusteer Rapport - now I may be completely mad, but that implies to me that the issue is with Firefox, not with Trusteer. Chrome works fine (for Chrome). Can I download an older version of Firefox until such time as the issue is resolved?
Does it has effect if you (temporarily) disable Trusteer to test this?
