I updated Firefox, another file (type exe) also downloaded. There is no exact date, just the day. I cannot open it.
This is the file: https://s3.amazonaws.com/turbo-bundles/windows/e3231ef3418f60951e7d0ff44ed9f476/TurboYourPC_Setup.exe Can you help to explain what it is for? I have many current problems with seemingly unauthorized changes in my computer settings.

Sounds like you fell for a fake update notification. Do not attempt to install that TurboYourPC_Setup.exe program, it may be malicious.

I followed up with a question in the Norton (my Internet Security provider) website. I got no answer. After trying again and getting no response I closed Norton and returned to Mozilla. The file had disappeared. I deleted the update and tried a second time. It worked. Thank you for the assistance. I appreciate it.
