click on 'Address Book' select one of your address books (not 'All Address Book') 'Tools' > 'Export'

Choose where to save. Give file a suitable name Save as type: choose either 'LDIF' or 'Comma Separated .csv' click on 'Save'

Note: 'Comma Separated .csv' files can be opened using eg: MS Excel.
