Welcome to the forum! Thanks for your post.

As far as I am aware, unless you use the "Xmarks" extension in unison with Quickfox, reinstalling Windows would have lost your notes. Sorry about that :(

If you have a backup of hard drive from before you reinstalled Windows, you may be able to restore your notes. Let me know if you have a backup, and I'll give further advice :)
