On logging in the first 2 email accounts work, the password prompt for the other 3 never comes up and the green bar in lower rt hand corner never goes away
This occurred after installing the latest update. I have tried manually installing but still have the problem after the successful installation. I have used Thunderbird for years and have never had a problem with it. Please help.

OK, I have solved part of the problem. I now can send mail from each of the accounts. Also, I can receive email when I first open Thunderbird. However, I can not receive updated email once it is open. If I attempt to get new mail, the green progress bar in the lower right hand corner will remain solid and nothing is downloaded until I close Thunderbird and reopen it, then this pattern starts all over again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
