I received orders from PayPal in my email. With Eudora the Who showed the customers information. Eudora was providing error messages we could not resolve. We updated to Thunderbird. Now who is not an option. All of our emails just show the PayPal email address. How do we format Thunderbird to show the information that Eudora showed under Who?

On the toolbar > Options > Display > advanced.

Disable show only display names for people in my address book. OR Remove the paypal entry from your address book.
