Plugin support in the 64-bit Windows version of Firefox is very limited. Flash and Silverlight - that's it. I have no idea if Photoshop uses a Firefox Plugin or not, but if it worked on 32-bit and the Plugin appeared there and doesn't in 64-bit - that's you answer. Revert to the 32-bit version of Firefox, at least until NPAPI Plugin support ends later this year, for everything except for Flash.
