I accidentally closed a pdf that was open in the pdf preview in my browser (Firefox 48.0.2 running Mac OS X 10.8.5). I assume the previewed files are cached or temporarily downloaded. Is it possible to access them and find them again before I close the session? And if so how?

hi, you can type about:cache into the address bar and look under "List Cache Entries" (Disk/Memory) if it's still present there
