I have checked all settings and servers are correct on each account Thunderbird manages. I confirm that I am showing to be sending from my work email. My work email shows new message to be sending from my work email. When the recipient receives, it shows another email account of mine sent it. One is a network solutions email account the email it says is sending is my gmail account.
