I am not going to use Thunderbird for my main incoming emails, therefore how can I get the emails titled "Failed OrthoBanc Report" sent to another email address?

Well, you don't need another email address. You could just add this address to the other email client that you intend to use. Your email addresses belong to you, and not to an email program and not to any particular computer.

If you want the bank to send their messages to a different email address then you need to tell them (the bank) about the required change.

Nothing that you ask about has any specific relationship with Thunderbird.
