The only way I can think of, which is somewhat complex, is to create a filter that acts on the Sent folder, such that if the Status of a message is New, or From is <your address>, the Action of the filter is to Launch File, where the File is a sound file on your computer. The 'Launch File' action is an available filter action if you have the FiltaQuilla add-on.
