Any thoughts? Maybe https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ is the right place for this?
I tried the link and had no problem; https://www.t-mash.ru/?
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

Everything is fine with the link, the issue is about Company Name in a green bar. In Chrome it is "Tekhnologii i Mashiny" LLC that is OK, here we have \"Tekhnologii i Mashiny\" LLC that is not correct. There is no connection to security softwares because the certificate itself works correctly.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Note there there is a problem with the order of the certificates.
I assume that the quotes are considered as illegal characters and escaped as \". Best would be to avoid using quotes in these records.
This website also shows them when I decode the certificate.

@cor-el I have checked the same certificate via https://redkestrel.co.uk/products/decoder/ that is proposed as a new version of https://certlogik.com/decoder/ and the result is exactly O="Tekhnologii i Mashiny" LLC that is correct. So I suppose there is no connection to illegal characters.
@FredMcD It doesn't (and will not) help and even if it does - it's too hard for a typical browser user to configure the browser itself.
We have the same problem! And only in the browser Mozilla. https://www.indeks.ru/
