For the longest time ever I always felt that scrolling in Firefox didn't feel smooth compared to other browsers. Even my old MBP 15" from 2009 was scrolling smoother than my current Alienware 13R3 from 2017. I first checked other browsers and they didn't have this issue. Disabling smooth scrolling or hardware acceleration didn't fix my issue either.

However, the fix appeared to be simple. Go to About:config and find accessibility.force_disabled. Change the value from 0 to 1 and restart your browser. This fixed my issue with the slow and laggy feeling scrolling. I'm hoping the devs can incorporate a fix for this in the next update.
