Hi vippisue, Mozilla doesn't have phone support. I suppose an individual could call you unofficially, but I don't know whether that would be a good idea.

When you refer to "migrating another email," what is the way you have accessed email before? Was it using another program like Windows Live Mail or Microsoft Outlook? Or were you using a browser (webmail site) and you now want to access your mail in Thunderbird?
