About Firefox crashes
Every time I click the back button or leave a website it crashes. I can’t even close the browser and have to restart several times because it will take me back to the last place I visited. I’ve tried everything. All cookies and browsing data are clear. It’s up to date. I’ve uninstalled and re downloaded it several times. My laptop is completely updated. Flash is updated. I don’t have this issue with any other browsers. Firefox is my preference so I’d like to find the problem. Why is it so impossible to get support directly from Mozilla? There should be a report a problem button listed in the settings. I’ve had this problem for the last 3/4 days since the last update. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
