Hi,

We are severals users to use one email address. All users use Thunderbird.

When a user creates/moves/deletes a folder in the structure, the change doesn't appear in the application of the others users. It only appears when theses users close Thunderbird and reopen it.

How can we force the refresh of all folders in the hierarchy of the mailbox without closing and reopening the application ?

If you right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., and click Refresh, OK, then collapse and expand the folder tree, do the changes appear?
