Server not found or playback stopped. Message from Hulu and Xfinity while trying to watch videos. Newest update might be the problem - how to solve....
I use xfinity and Hulu to play videos of tv and movies. Didn't have a problem until after the latest update (Firefox). Now the playback is stopped (midway) and a message appears about server not found or connectivity issue. The latest "error" message includes firewall and firefox. What that exactly means and how to fix it is the help I need. I am not very computer literate so I need help beyond the articles... I don't want to do something (that an article suggests) that will cause more problems while trying to fix "this" problem. Thank you

So what does the actual screenshot of the error say? Minus any personal info on the screenshot.
Yes, I will post that here but it will be several days, at least, before I have a chance to use these sites again...thank you. Happy Holidays
12/30/18...Came here to add that all seems to be working at the sites mentioned above in my question. Its no longer an issue at this point...

if it does happen you have to allow the ads in 'shut down the add blocker, firewall' in the settings , a three lined thing and to " content blocking" or options if you had the settings all in your hands, if you didn't use " edit" with the scissors and stuff or "customize" .. i think it's customize
