When I use my Acer laptop Touchpad mouse to try to open Notifications or Messenger in Facebook, nothing happens. I'm using Firefox Quantum 65.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10.

I don't have this same problem when I do the same on other browsers or use an external mouse.

Have you tried to use it to open just emails from other email providers to verify if something else is blocking it.
