Notes is constantly asking me to re-sign in to sync.

This started today. Twice in about an hour a yellow bar appears in the bottom of the Notes panel telling me to re-sign in to sync in order to sync my notes. Twice I've re-signed in and it fixes the problem temporarily; then again asking me to re-sign in to sync.

This is not something I consider productive or useful if I have to continually sign in.

Firefox uses the Password Manager to store the credentials of the Firefox Sync account (chrome://FirefoxAccounts). If you are asked to login again to Sync or another service then this means that this data isn't stored in the Password Manager.

Do you see a chrome://FirefoxAccounts entry in the Password Manager?

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security: Logins and Passwords: "Saved Logins"

Can you store new passwords in the Password Manager and didn't Firefox prompt you to enter the master password in case you use the MP to protect the passwords?
