Ok, so I paid a bill and tried to print the receipt. When I hit print, it automatically kicks me out of print and goes back to the Firefox browser page.

How are you trying to print that receipt?

Using a 'button' on the bill pay webpage? Have you tried using the Print toolbar button in Firefox, or the keyboard command {Ctrl + P} ?

Also, does printing work for webpages?
