Lost Firefox master password
I lost the FF master password some time ago and have repeatedly tried to fun through copious passwords I have used to try and regain access to my account. I have been forced to use Google Chrome which I really don't like at all. Is there any way I can delete the master password without having to go through a password reset and regain access to all of my FF data?

Hi
This article will walk you through how to reset your primary password:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-primary-password-if-youve-forgotten-it
There is no way that I am aware if to get round this
Note that you lose all the passwords if you reset the Primary Password, so you may want to backup logins.json and key4.db in the profile folder in case you want to give it another try. The logins.json file stores the usernames and passwords encrypted, but the website URL (hostname) is in plain text.
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> More Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
