Blank Thunderbird Only On One Computer

I am currently using Thunderbird Portable 91.2.1 on a USB Drive so I can use it on multiple computers and laptops. On one particular laptop, Thunderbird launches with a blank screen.

I have tried the following: reinstall thunderbird (saving the profile folder with the emails), used different thumbdrives, restarting in safe mode, removed add-ons, deleted cookies and history on Firefox, and ensured the email accounts had the correct information on the profiles.

Nothing works. Throughout all this, it still works perfectly fine on other computers. Is there anything else I can do?
