bell email only accessible on Firefox private browser
For sometime now I have been unable to access my Bell email on Firefox except if I use private browsing and then it allows me to get to my login and by default allows me to enter my login and password. But if I don't use privacy browsing mode, I cannot get to my email. This is on my android Samsung phone btw. Bell tells me it's a browser issue and that I'm to contact Firefox or switch to Chrome or Edge, but I'd rather do it through Firefox. Can anyone assist as to how I can correct this issue?

Hi
What level of enhanced tracking protection do you have set?
Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox for Android?
https://webmail.bell.net/bell/index This is site that normally I would access on the Firefox browser to get to my email, but for some time now I am unable to.But I tried on the Firfox private or privacy browser and am able to access my Bell sympatico email for some reason, which is ok but why can't I do it on regular browser? To answer your questions I have standard level on Enhanced tracking protection: I had only one Add-on,Ublock Origin on my Samsung phone but after your reply, I checked off Https only mode to on, it had been on off. Plus I added Foxy Proxy and Ad Guard Ad blocker.

Paul not sure if my reply to your response got through cos i dont see it here. my level of enhanced tracking protection is standard, i had only ublock origin as my add-on, but i just added https only mode and put it to on. \plus i just added Foxy Proxy standard and AdGUARD Blocker, as i indicated on standard firefox i go to my email, webmail.bell.net/bell/inbox and i cannot get to my emails the page wont load, However when i try the privacy mode on FIREFOX i am able to acess my bell email and it even remembers my login and password, so very curious why the regulat standard Firefox browser doesnt allow me to do so.
If you turn off enhanced tracking protection (or set that website as an exception), does the site work?
What happens if you disable those add-ons? Does that help with that website?
I turned off enhanced protection and disabled Add-ons but no go on the site, o ly in privacy browser in Firfox can I access it.So don't know what gives. I'll try setting the website as an exception and see.
I'm not sure how to set the website as an exception.when I go to Exceptions tab in my Settings, I see a number of allowable or exception websites, but no option at top to add the bell site as an exception. There's no tabs at upper right to do this. How do I make this site an exception? Please simply step by step.
I managed to get into exceptions somehow but only one there and it shows bell.net but it was there already by default as an exception so I'm confused. I deleted all exceptions as there was only one.
If you remove that as an exception (it can be added back later with this process - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-android) does it fix the issue?
No no difference whatsoever.i turned Enhanced Protection on then off and removed Bell.net but the page doesn't even load in Firefox, only when I go to privacy Firefox, then I got no issues. I downloaded Edge as browser and I can open up my bell email using this browser. For some reason the regular Firefox browser doesn't load my bell email login page. So can't explain it.
Is any error message displayed when the page does not open?
