CSV password files not loading
Since the last couple updates, all CSV password files are unable to load any more.

Import from file... is currently broken. A bug report has been filed. As an alternative, Import from another browser...
You can possibly install Firefox 102 ESR to import the CSV file and generate the logins.json and key4.db files and copy these logins.json and key4.db files to your current release profile. Use the version selector to select Firefox 102 ESR.
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
