Since the last update, when I click on a link in a document, Firefox opens my home page in a new tab instead of the link that I clicked on. I've never seen this with Firefox before. What's causing this, and how can I fix it? (It's enough to make me abandon Firefox altogether.)

Make sure Firefox is set correctly as the default browser.

Try to redo the default browser setting and temporarily set another browser as the default browser.
