Changing my primary email address doesn't work
Dear Mozilla-Community,
I want to change the email address (from @gmx.de to @t-online.de), which I use to login into my Firefox-Account.
To do this I tried to add a second email address, to change the primary and the secondary one after this. The problem is, that I cannot add the second email address, because the calidation code is delivered 1 hour delayed, but it have to get entered within 5 minutes. I also tried to register a new account. There is nothing in the SPAM-Folder and in the settings of t-online I deactivated the automatic deletion of possible SPAM-Mails. If I try to add another email address with the domain @gmx.de or @gmail.com the verification code is delivered within seconds.
Which possibility do I have to register this @t-online.de email address?
Thanks and best wishes, Oliver

This is only Firefox forum end user help and can't change the user email address as this isn't a support ticket request help line. Only way to change and confirm the email login changes requires the Primary email to be accessible to confirm the change if this isn't accessible then there is nothing more that can be done with the reset options.

The confirmation code is valid for about 20 minutes, but that is still not enough if it takes one hour for the email arrives. You can possibly try this as a quiet moment (late in the evening or early in the morning) to see if that makes the email arrive quicker.
