HI I am trying to buy a disabled persons railcard. The form requires me to upload aCVI, certificate of visual imairment which has been e mailed to as a jpeg. this refuses to upload. The attchment, although appears to be a jpeg downloads as a file with lots of categories including the document i require, but is an hmtl.

Sites varies as to what they permit to upload to their site or what format they use to upload. You need to check with the site what format they upload with and what file size they allow to be uploaded. And since this is a personal file no one can see what is happening as this is a private site as well.
