Once again, since my husband suddenly passed 13 December 2024, I cannot send or receive email via my intoknow.com account.

Is it possible that this account was set up by https://www.networksolutions.com/  ? if so, they may be able to assist. That may not be the right vendor, but that was my assumption. However, if you post screenshot of incoming and outgoing server settings, someone may have ideas. the intoknow.com domain is unknown to me. thank you
