hello, if you get that message have you checked that you had enough free disk space? also when asking for help could you try to be more specific on what message you get with infos we can use to identify what your real trouble might be... also joining screenshot sometimes help save typing time, like people says a picture worth a thousand words!!!

When clicking on the downloaded installer file for Mozilla firefox, I get a small dialogue box that has the word "7-Zip" in the upper left hand corner. The main body of the message starts with a large white X in a red circle and then the words "Can not create temp folder archive"
