E-mail account problem
I am recently bereaved so my partner who was the IT 'expert' organising my laptop etc is no longer here to help when things go wrong..... One of my email addresses has stopped opening on my laptop although it works on my phone. I'm fearful of changing anything on the settings because I don't understand the 'incoming' and 'outgoing' server language terms ! I'm using Thunderbird as usual and my two other accounts are working fine. Help please.

If you can do screenshots, we may be able to assist. - we need the full error messages, if any. Don't leave anything out - doing a screenshot of error is usually best - we need screenshots of incoming server settings pane - accountsettings>serversettings - we also need screenshot of SMTP server settings pane - accountsettings>account name, and the bottomline link to SMTP server
