Firefox message said "running. close all firefox windows". Firefox window did not appear to be open so I shut down puter and rebooted. Firefox will not load, open, connect. Nothing. I've even gone into the computer file to click on firefox.exe file. Nothing, zip, nada

Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer. It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
