Dear FF gurus: I just upgraded to FF 3.6.4. I had over 90 sessions saved in "Session Manager" prior to the upgrade, and they all disappeared after the upgrade. During the upgrade, my connection was interrupted, and I had to start all over (I’m mentioning this in case it might be relevant). Is there any way for me to determine what happened to my saved sessions? Could the upgrade have caused them to disappear? Can I get them back somehow? Thank you in advance for your thoughts and suggestions.

Hello Bill.

Firefox doesn't have the function you're alluding to. Most likely you have an extension that lets you store your sessions, and you're having problems with it. You need to contact its author for help, if that's the case.

For Session Manager, Profile folder in a folder called sessions.

I should have explained that the saved sessions (were disappeared when I upgraded) had been saved by an addon called "Session Manager". https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2324/

I checked the Profile folder and there's nothing there.

I'm particularly concerned about this because I suspect that an intruder may have had access to my computer, and if the upgrade didn't cause the saved sessions to disappear, then they were taken by the intruder.

I know it sounds paranoid, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. I just need to know one way or another.

On that topic, would there be any way of determining what if anything has been copied from/added to/changed on my computer?

As I said, you need to contact the add-on's author for support.
