I am unable to load any flyer pages in Firefox. I have tried disabling all my plugins and addons, with no success.

The most recent failure has been at FutureShop - futureshop.ca. The page opens but with the title SelectorKeygen.ashx and nothing loads.

What are other tricks I can try to determine the source of the problem?

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Finally found the problem - it was involved with Kaspersky's URL checker. Disabled it (and a couple other non-useful Kaspersky tools) and we are now able to see all the flyers we need.

How do we disable the URL checker? I tried frantically to find it, even searched for the answer on the internet with no luck.
