I only see enough information on that page for one printed page - Print Preview in IE8 looks the same as in Firefox 3.6.13. Any chance that more information is provided when you are logged in?

Probably caused by a Bug that has been recently fixed in the Firefox 4.0beta's - Firefox 4.0 is due to be released in late January. I don't think that Bug-fix is slated to be back-ported to 3.6 or 3.5 versions.

The current Minefield 4.0b8pre nightly build shows all 4 pages correctly in Print Preview, so that bug seems to be fixed in Firefox 4. Firefox 3.6.13 shows only one page for me.
