some bookmarks are correct in organising bookmarks but do not appear properly in toolbar folder and cannot be deleted in toolbar

I have one bookmark folder in my toolbar that has incorrect bookmarks I cannot delete them or edit them. In 'organising bookmarks' I have edited them and they are correct. but even if i delete or correct them in organising bookmarks in the toolbar the bookmarks do not change. though I can still add new bookmarks.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
