I do not know of any add-on that blocks everything from the browser except for a list of allowed sites. Maybe something like Net Nanny would work? That should block pornography, violence, swearing and things like that anyway.

You can block sites using Adblock Plus. Just add the hostnames of those sites to the blocklist. By the way, I think you mean a blacklist, not a whitelist. A whitelist is a list of allowed items.
