Firefox crashes before opening, but doesn't in safe mode
Firefox starts up, sometimes the browser window will actually open, but either way it crashes before it fully loads. I can open it in safe mode and have therefore tried the suggestions in 'Troubleshooting extensions and themes', but it still crashes, even with all add ons and extensions disabled, after removing and reinstalling the latest version of Firefox and resetting the toolbar.

Thanks Swarnava, you're a star. I've removed Rapport and Firefox is back to working as normal. Hooray! Thanks again.
